  2. Explain strategies surrounding successful population management initiatives inclusive of bundled payments.
  3. Identify how quality metrics play in the delivery of healthcare as outlined in MACRA and other plan quality initiatives.
  4. Realize benefits of transitions of care strategies that affect the hospital and Post-Acute care management areas.
